keto to Carnivore day 4- I joined a bunch of carnivore groups in FB. Seems they don't pork out on bacon. it's not considered a meal ever. I'm not sure why but I'll find out. I'm going all beef today. I think I'm having a lupus flare, face been swollen last few days, extreme fatigue and wake up with my face looking all puffy and red cheeks. I hope this goes away soon. all my labs are good. maybe this flare is the flush of bad out of my system. it's hard to be happy when you feel like poop. but I'LL TRY! 👍 HAPPY TUESDAY

Baskington, it "could" be a lupus flare from all the change.. This is not new to me so I know it's not a direct correlation. But any change can aggravate I'm finding.

Jenjabba- bacon comes from pigs and pigs produce Omega 6 fatty acids whereas beef, especially grass fed beef has the heart healthy Omega 3s, not quite as good as good old salmon but better than pork.
