Keto to Carnivore day 5 .. I'm hungry.lol. my eating window is usually afternoon and dinner. I had ground beef for breakfast. I decided I need bacon. it will be beef and bacon for now. bacon makes cheap beef taste better. my dog is very happy I went carnivore! I think I was feeling better today and I think my had swelling is going down. We'll see! 30 days then reassess 💥

great news on the swelling going down. if you limit your diet and then check different foods how they effect you. it may have been something you were eating. gosh knows I have a ton of them.
