ok I've lost this same pound 20 times this year 👇 🙌 I got my blood work done today for my thyroid and hormones, when I get it back up make an appointment with a new doc. I still haven't chosen one. but I've narrowed my choices. 160s here I come again. keto carnivore on my friends

Tatauu2 you're telling me! I had ovaries out early did went into instant torture menopauseand weight gain, I still haven't found a great doc that I can afford. Hopefully next week I'll find someone.
