ok I know, that crazy 'IB' (idiot box) on the floor is showing a 'point' 6 now next to the 170 up from point 4....I'm obsessed but thats ok, it is a kind of game now. When I was younger I would freak and go off my woe when my 'diet' would not show the 'promised' 10 or 20# weight loss it 'said' it would within the limited time (1 or 2 week or less). But now, even though it bothers me that the scale IB is not showing a drastic downward trend, it is 'what it is' and I know I am doing what I can, so we will just take it one day at a time and as long as I'm feeling good, some of my clothes still fit, I will keep on going on & on. IT IS JUST THAT I know some of my friends can eat whatever they want, all the junk and tastie stuff and not gain an ounce......seems like if I even breath the taboo food I instantly gain or stall!....
oh well it is just me and I'll be ok.
