Journal de JMA312, 26 juin 18

Hi all, I"m here for a little bit. Started my day 1 of 3 on the fat stall breaker woe. Seems ok, at least it gets me in the right frame of mind and by day 3 lunch I'm doing good. I was off a little over the weekend and yesterday but thats ok, I didn't gain or loose unless you count fractions of pounds, which I think I'll stop doing. It is just too obsessive of me! and maybe I'll only post the weight weekly instead of daily, but it will still be difficult to break my habit of getting on that crazy "IT" box on the floor daily. Since I did get a new one and it is suppose to be more accurate, I probably will still step on it in the mornings BUT not allow IT the satisfaction of determining my immediate mood!
Today is a so-so day at work, I'm really tired of 'stuff' but thats just the way things go. It will be ok one of these days.

I weigh mostly everday and only log once a week (Wednesday). It works for my brain, I like knowing how my body is fluctuating, it helps me feel more relaxed about it just being a number with out being obsessed. It also helps remind me to stay on track and make better choices.
