Ok, this low carb tortilla didn't quite work out like I wanted it to! It's more like scrambled coconut flour! Oh well, the inside Mexican chicken I made was pretty good!

That sh^t is impossible. I've got pounds of coconut, peanut and god knows what nut "flour" rotting in the pantry. Can't make a pie crust with that sh^t to save my life. All those preening keto Martha Stewart wannabes on youtube can kiss my ass. They're using Lard and white flour like the rest of us as soon as the cameras are off..

Low carb “baking” is pain in the ass! I’ve only gotten a couple of recipes to turn out so far. Nothing with coconut flour tho 😒

@mira Nothing can match the passive aggression of an Ex. When I made my first big cut, my Ex would bring me quart containers of this DELICIOUS Indian Cream soup. Hand delivered to the house with a big smile. And we'd been divorced for years at that point. "Thank you!' Then right down the fcukn disposal. Then I'd shoot her a thank you text telling her how delicious it was. Bwahahahahaha. #disposalfodder
