I keep peas in the freezer. Good source of fiber and protein. I always struggle to get enough protein and 1/2 cup to 1 cup of peas helps. I also toss them in salads. The meat looks really good!

I forgot about the low carb diets. Seems like food that is high in fiber also have too many carbs for lots of diets.
