Haven't written a journal entry in a few days, so Thought it was about time. It went well at the Hands across the Sand protest yesterday! I met a guy that I haven't seen since the mid 1970s! We didn't recognize each other until I saw his card and then asked if my name met anything to him, we both laughed and exchanged email addresses. I wonder if he will email me? Gee I feel like a teenager! I felt so confident in my swim suit and I know I would not have been like that just last year when I was 200# (my highest). Even if he doesn't call, I know I was truely and clearly ME and it felt GOOD ;-) What I mean by 'clearly' is that I am amazed at how CLEAR my body, mind and essence is now, I feel like I am seeing the world and myself all 'a-new' not bogged down, not clouded. It is a good day ;-)
