WOD of the Day (resistance training---> increasing all reps and increase in resistance band for renegade rows)
1. 3 planks =
- 2:05 minute basic
- renegade rows - 3 X12 reps each arm (green resistance band)
- plank ups - 3X20
2. un modified floor push-ups - 3X10
3. core oblique crunches (Green resistance bands) ---> 3X16
4. high to low rows (Black resistance bands) ---> 3 X16
5. Lateral rows (Green resistance) ----> 3 X18
6. 3X12 = abductor lifts on both legs --> (5lb ankle weights)
7. Kettle-bell swings - (3 X15) ---> (22 lbs)
then go to:
8. inner thigh circles (3 X13 both way w/5 lb. ankle weights)
9. scissor kicks (3 X16) with 3 lb ankle weights
10. NEW EXERCISE --->squats with 10lb weights on bosu ball (3X12)
