Hi Hanaa1989, cutting/lowering carbs from your diet will slowly force your body to drain the water, which will result in temporary weight loss. Now that you’ve re-introduced carbs again, feeling bloated will be natural as the stomach has to expand again and you’ll be retaining more water. I’d stick to your diet plan and swap the simple carbs for complex carbs. Remember to keep up the water intake. You’ll be ok. 👍🏼
