Woke at 226.2, down .8 from yesterday. Back to work today, so I’ll get a higher calorie burn. Targeting about 900 calories at dinner. UPDATE: Weighed in before dinner and was surprised with a 223.8 weigh in. Ate more smothered pork roast with mushrooms and salad. Enough room for a protein shake after my podcasts tonight.
