Woke at 222.6, down 2.2 from yesterday. Fasting until dinner. UPDATE: Weighed in at 5 pm and got to 221.6. Ate a light dinner and then driving halfway to Ohio tonight. Attending a celebration of life for a friend tomorrow. Likely will be post event luncheon. Will adjust as necessary for the last few days of the month. Pretty happy with the current calorie average and OMAD.
