Dawnie, that was my first why. I had trouble walking without losing my breath. I change my “why” throughout my journey. My current “why” is to look sexy af naked, not for anyone but me. We are harshest on ourselves. I don’t think you look remotely a whale, but if you think you do you would be a mini whale with the cutest 🍑 ❣️

You may... but if you recall, I journaled about 20 miles of reflection in a journal over the 'why' this summer. I know what I'm doing isn't 'bad' for me and it's making me a little 'healthier' but the 'why?' still lingers with some ... ya know, I'll hush before this gets long ago.

I don’t remember the words you used but what I remember was how I felt reading them, Bella. Your why is so everyday you wake up happier and more content with life than yesterday. We need to let go of what weighs us down, to be whom we are really supposed to be and live fully. 💕

My why is to be able to participate in my life to the best of my ability and to live as healthfully as possible while setting a positive example for my daughters.

I agree moopie, we are definitely our own worse critics. Someone once gave me great advice, they said never point out to someone your own flaws, because 9 out of 10 people will never see them! And he was 100% right. I have had a lot of why's during my journey, lol.. mostly to be healthier and to feel comfortable and confident in my own skin.
