Ok Don, just the way I was raised, that and having served in the Royal Airforce for 15yrs. Yes, Don I used this app to loose my weight, at first I just used it to count calories and protein carbs fat etc, then I joined in the chat and have conversed with some wonderful inspiring people. The odd ass but that’s the human race! I started at 204kg, yes I know, horrendous! But within about 20mths though determination and hard work I’m currently at 93.6kg. Im currently averaging around 1000cals a day 45% protein 40% carbs and 15% fat. That’s plenty if you make the right choices. Well Don it’s New Years Day , we certainly like to celebrate it in Scotland! Have a great day all the best to you and your clan! , George

Don I’ve a before and after pic on my profile, also a before the before 😂 if I can do this anyone can. Although not a healthy attitude to have but I did suffer from self loathing! It kept me going. I won’t wish you luck with your quest you know why? You don’t need it! You seem switch on and determined. I know you’ll smash it. George
