Woke at 225.8, up 1.8 from yesterday. Had too much to eat and drink last night. I finished the protein powder and yogurt when I got home. So I added that to today's food log. Drinks after work tonight. Not going to eat a lot if anything. UPDATE: Survived drinks and some snacks. Got home at 225.0. Calories high, but that includes what I ate late last night and added to today's totals.

Should I have stayed away today. 😁 Sounds like a good plan. I'm afraid I pretty often have to balance my large calorie days with few or no calories the next. It is Living!

HA! I usually add the overages to the day before with the logic 'oh well, I survived 'that' now just move on.' Your way is probably smarter. Way smarter. WEIGH smarter even. Ok, moving on now.
