Just read your goal. I’ve more than halved my weight in 21 months. I’ve lost 107kg. If a lazy git like me can do it I’m sure you can. X

Hi George morning water and coffee no milk no sugar no alcohol at all 😆 yeah I'll keep adding my goal set new ones once hit. So it dont seem that far away lol give it a try. If it fails hit the jack lol x

Karr that's amazing it's called zero you can do anywhere from 18 hours to 36 but u can go over if you want I went over on this I always think make it to the next hour after iv been fasting past the 36 hours I find when the hour come the hunger has past. Give zero a go let me know how you get off on it x

Yes I take 2 lots of vitamins a day aw thanks gilly I do tend to take it to extremes dropped 4 stone in 4 months before I lose it quick and put it back on just as quick but this time I'm going to stick to it slowly adding healthier foods in instead of ditching all diets lol x

Rachel if I was you I would listen to Gilly, instead of some of the others advice you have received, think 1st first and foremost about motives. Take care of yourself and please ear healthy.

Thanks Rachel, I’ll give a go on Saturday, I’ve a really busy day so that should help keep my mind off eating. Water? What’s that? Oh, the stuff you add yeast and hops to! 😆 Water and black coffee it is then, 👍
