This is cool. What are Farmer walks? 

You can Google it to get the picture but you basically just carry weights back and forth as far as you can. You can use the trap bar if you have enough room and put lots of weight on it. Chris I've only used them for 100+ lb dumbbells and one set of trap deads last night. Not too bad. My hands take a beating on the heavy weights. That's another reason why PF has lost its appeal they only have 75s and I don't want to do 25+ reps on some shit..

How far is the FW? We usually do 200m x 2. 

No they were like $2 on sale that's why I bought them. Cellucor was 40% off a couple weeks ago. I only do a lap around my gym it's pretty tight..
