Woke at 220.2, down 5.6 from yesterday. My complete water and black coffee fast worked well. Eating today and then will fast tomorrow as well. I plan to alternate like that for the rest of the month. Started the morning with pushups, squats, and dumbbell pulls to failure (two sets). UPDATE: Ate three big meals today, as seen in the photos. Close to zero calories tomorrow to even out to an 1000-1100 per day average over the remainder of the month. Weighed 222.2 before dinner.
