Not to bad. I’m trying to maintain rather than lose anymore. I’ve been mega strict over the last 23 months and I’ve lost 115.1kg. Not proud because I should never let myself slide so much. Im still monitoring my eating and more importantly my drinking habits. Started snacking on protein packs, wasabi peas, trail mix etc but I’m going to jack them in as I like them to much. More paranoid than ever about gaining any weight. It’s extremely difficult for all off us just now. Boredom, housebound, lack off motivation etc. Keep on keeping on folks. Stay safe, stay home and help others stay the same way. Guid luck to all of you from the bottom off my Wiccan heart.
