Today’s treat. A punnet of raspberries in semi skinned milk with Vanilla Skinny Juice. I am filling myself with low calorie nutritious food and now struggling to eat 1200 calories. So I find myself having topping up on biscuits etc. Therefore I have given this a try.
Are others managing to get the right level of carbohydrates , protein and fats. !
