Remember “my 😷 protects you, your mask 😷 protects me” and it’s always been proven that wearing a mask 😷 protects yourself. I was living the mask life after I got out of the hospital and was able to return to work.

@jcmama, I know, I do wear one all the time when I'm out and I get it but it is hard when breathing hard from cardio. It is what it is..💜💜💜

I know Diana. It’s definitely hard. Try not to think about it. If you think about it too much it makes it worse. Stay hydrated friend 💜💜💜💚

Diana I was going to ask that. For me it’s hard to breath when I wear it 30 minutes grocery shopping once a week 😂😂 I couldn’t imagine while exercising 😱. But good job maintaining a fit lifestyle throughout this 😎

Everyone at my gym leaves the bottom flapping open to their masks and cut holes all in the fabric.

Did you get the mask through your Medicare Secondary Plan? I am on Medicare and haven't gotten a mask or have I heard anything about them before this 🤷‍♀️

@rainybird. It just came in the mail. I didn't ask for it or anything...the mask does say Humana but my secondary insurance is Anthem so I thought that was kind of weird..

Maybe Humana is trying to entice you to move over 😄 Enjoy it either way, it's a good color on you.

I know many people claim they can not breathe when wearing a mask. There have done many tests on 02 levels when wearing many types of masks. They all showed no difference in oxygen intact. If you think about it do people really think that if masks reduced breathing ability they would even be legal ? I wear them diligently when going out and remind myself that all the time. Stay safe and healthy !

ps... it may be the type of mask you are wearing. We have been using those white cone shaped construction dust masks. They are smaller, a tighter fit and focus on the area of your nose and mouth. It may be the larger mask feels different. Have you thought of trying something different ?

@crazycatchick, I have heard the same but it is irritating and hot. I have tried different types of masks and this one seems the most "breathable" for me. That being said, I do understand the necessity of wearing a mask and do wear one whenever I'm out. Thanks for your suggestions though. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
