Did my first juice mix tonight. Found some info on how to record the calories but it looked too damned hard, so I just recorded what the actual fruit and veggies were (447 calories - yikes). I saved off the ingredients as a favorite so that I can return to it as needed. It tasted GREAT and was immediately filling. An hour later I felt very 'bright' and energetic (and frankly, regular!) : )

LOL Glad that the juice is 'working' for you. LOL And bright and energetic too! A good pipe cleaning will do that :) That's a lot of calories for juice though but I am sure it was a big glass. Could you see yourself having one of those and little else on a fast day, perhaps having a protein bar or adding protein powder later in the day, to a max of say 600 calories? That would be a non workout day I supposed. That twice a week would certainly help the other days when a little MacLallen slips in :) oh and congrats on 216 Woot Woot
