Woke at 233.9, up 3.9 from yesterday! It’s a lot of water retention from a big barbecue meal last night! So targeting about 800 calories today. UPDATE: Great water movement today and back to 231.7 by dinnertime. Finished the ribs and veggie sides and got pretty much right back on my 1652 per day calorie goal.

It's definitely better than 6 drag I don't know what is going on with my body but it did drop so I'm glad about that you know it's all good you got this be blessed

Yes I love my potatoes and corn I have actually laid off the bread which is a good thing you are probably absolutely right oh well can't win them all moving on to the next challenge lol be blessed Drag

dude, you just figured out my bump this morning. I've been eating bread like it's going out of style. or just finishing the loaf. but that will make for a temporary bump. it's almost gone, so all good.
