Thanks a lot for these words, they help me a lot accepting the fact that changing my mind and body are going to take time. Recovering from almost ten years of eating disorder is not achievable in ten minutes. Plus, you look awsome 😍

Tdm, sometimes I catch glimpses of a reflection or myself in a zoom workout and don’t recognize myself. You know what’s cool about it? Anyone of us can do it.

Thanks for sharing! I was always one for extreme diets, only thinking short-term and never considering regain, thinking that I'd just be disciplined and eat nothing but leafy greens and lean meat for the rest of my life. My weight loss this time has been slow, as predicted, but I'm learning better how to keep it off.
