ok, well not exactly on my Dukan woe & exercise wol, but closer to it than last week & the past weekend. I'll do better today since I saw a little creep down and still ate normal. Still not completely on plan but it will be ok. Kids & Grands are here until Sunday so I'll be off/on plan. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
