Skalra I did a apple crumble with apples from a local organic farm . To do the crumble I used ground almonds, almond flakes and mixed seeds mixed with coconut oil n honey they layered on top of the apple. I cooked the apples in coconut sugar n a little water x 

the crumble sounds as though this is Keto ... been wondering if this was the way forward? 

I follow primal/paleo lifestyle, very similar to keto. Its definitely helped me. I've struggled with my weight from being a teenager and have tried every diet I know. I started to look at this lifestyle about 4 years ago but put it into practice 2 years ago and lost over 5 stone . I have been very naughty over the festive period but I'm now back on track. Operation racing snake come Easter lol !😁
