hahaha. This is usually what I think when people talk about healthy substitutes. Yeah, fewer calories, but they don't taste anything like the real thing!

Not if it's mixed with vodka. 😊 I know you don't drink, except for the yearly friends get together, but I do like grapefruit both in and out of my cocktails. I like chips too, so might as well have them together. 😋👍😊

Yes Becc@. That's the way to do it! I did have 2 beers by myself in Florida. I was feeling pretty good to say the least- it had been a long time. Thankfully the place was directly across from where we stayed. As some people (who shall remain nameless) like to nap on vacations and waste the day.

Oh boy! Do what brings you true joy, but being overweight is not a part of my joy. Counting calories did it for me. Curious how many do magical diets and stay at a healthy weight 🧐
