Woke at 225.5, up 1.1 from yesterday after a late-night dinner and ice cream snack. But I ran some errands this morning in a fasted state and got to 223.7 by 1 pm. Breaking the fast with some salmon salad (with low carb mayo and sugar-free relish). A lot of calories all protein and some fat. UPDATE: I took a nap in the evening and never got around to eating. Hit 223.0 by 9 pm.
