Oh wow Yfritz 🤩 Such a beautiful meal AND you even put the macros in your post. That must taste so good! 

Tai trust me, I’ll be going back to the fridge for more bean sprouts. You think my meal looks appetizing? I have zero confidence when making Asian food. 

Paula, I included macros because only reason I made this meal was to increase protein. Protein is so hard to add!!  

Tai, I’m a little disappointed that my total protein today didn’t reach 70g despite this stupid pork I made. Bean sprouts are not going to help much. 

That’s the problem. My brain doesn’t work on full stomach, so I don’t eat while on duty. It’s ok I’ll figure something out… 

This is inspiring me to eat like my korean roots. If I eat about 5xs the amount of spinach and bean sprouts, think I would be very full. Looks delish.

Nice meal! Agreed about the rice especially if you have far east heritage. When eating culturally "native" foods without white rice, something significant just seems off. Lol.  

ripsic, are you Asian too? You understand… it’s not the same without our own white rice. Tomorrow I’m going to see if I could make edible bibimbap since I have those veggies… wish me luck😔

You’re free to write as you please. In general most members are pleasant to interact with but occasionally we run into clowns. 🤡 An armadillo egg is a Texan delicacy made of cheese/cream cheese filled jalapeño wrapped in bacon. It’s as decadent as it sounds. 😋😋😋

Moopie, wait…I thought you were talking about real eggs from armadillos. Silly me. They are mammals!! That foolish woman triggered something in me. I’m sure she is spineless and would never “stand up” to diners at bbq restaurants or the CEO of Smithfield Foods. I bet it was not even about hogs… it’s about her need to compensate for her insecurities by attempting to subjugate others. Quite pathological. Too many times I’ve been lectured by hideous toads who expected me to grovel just because I am an Asian. Maybe her attack was not racially motivated but I took it that way. It felt way too familiar. I regret I am not as gracious as you and acomandr… I used to be, but I changed after what I’ve been through last year.
