Woke at 222.6, down .6 after a great night's sleep. I think the ashwagandha I am taking is really helping me fall asleep at night. UPDATE: Did not eat anything but drank 5 cups of coffee, then rode my exercise bike for an hour. Twenty minutes of HIIT, followed by steady-state. But I spent most of the time at cardio and peak and not enough time in fat burn. I weighed 222.9 after that! No love whatsoever on the scale, but of course, it was good for me anyway. Leftover cauliflower pizza for lunch and keto meatloaf tonight.
