After 3 days of neat controlled food intake Thursday came with line of stressful events and body reflected immediately with binge eating over few days. Less sleep, higher stress and more calories hiked weight for 2 pounds a day so Friday late night snack was frozen cherries and Saturday was given extra couple hours of sleep to stabilise cortisol level. Plan worked - scales assured I lost rather than gained weight despite binge episode and lack of targeted activities.
Sleep added to "A must" list. Same as water.
