Woke at 223.5, down .6 from yesterday. I went out for my Moderna booster and got a flu shot at the same time. Let's see how I feel later! Weighed in before lunch and got to 223.0. UPDATE: Weighed 223.7 later but moving a lot of water out, so I'm hopeful for a lower weight in the morning.

I hope it goes OK. The booster is a half dose. I had a much easier reaction to it. Just some chills overnight and FLC for a day.
