Cstrutz, thank you! They are one of my strongest muscles. Can do squats forever...chest and shoulders are my weakest. I still use very light weights on those muscle groups. 💜

Tim, the left bicep doesn't look as big as right cuz #1 I think I was flexing more on right side and #2 I have a left shoulder injury that is effecting my biceps and triceps. I have to use pretty light weights.
