If you are talking about alcohol with "Keep on Keeping on" keep this in mind. When you drink alcohol your liver is occupied processing the alcohol for an hour for every small shot or beer even if you log it and see the that vodka is carbs/sugar free and and relatively low calories ...and many drinks contain 2-4 shots and tons of sugar. The real point being is you should't drink at all while dieting because your liver frees up but even small amount can effect the way your body processes food for 24 hours+.
Just my humble opinion and the smartest person I know and has done extensive research on this subject and got is Phd 30 years ago.
