taking it one day at a time. I NEED to be here and post in my journal and visit my groups & buddies. This will help keep me on track and "Keep on Keeping on" which is a phrase I read on one of my groups that just stuck with me. I need to keep that in mind. Because if I didn't, if I gave up, what good would that do? It wouldn't help AT ALL. So I'm going to keep on keeping on also :-) Having a good day today, one day at a time.

Get the App if you have a smart phone it does some things the web site doesn't\cant do... If you are talking about alcohol with "Keep on Keeping on" keep this in mind. When you drink alcohol your liver is occupied processing the alcohol for an hour for every small shot or beer even if you log it and see the that vodka is carbs/sugar free and and relatively low calories ...and many drinks contain 2-4 shots and tons of sugar. The real point being is you should't drink at all while dieting because your liver frees up but even small amount can effect the way your body processes food for 24 hours+. Just my humble opinion and the smartest person I know and has done extensive research on this subject and got is Phd 30 years ago. If you don't drink ignore the above :)

My point about the smart phone is you sneak to the bathroom stall if your friends don't support your dieting. Most places are in the app on look up but if it's not you can estimate by say looking up hamburger. Oh and scan bar codes is nice, although personal I avoid all package foods... I will stop rambling. :)
