Hi, Shirl! It was delicious! I haven't had 'spaghetti' in a long time. It used to be a staple. These worked out great.

I have some squash waiting to be transformed. thanks for reminding me. oh, and I knew there was a reason to grab the garlic infused olive oil, but I didn't. yours looks delicious.
