Was definetly not inthe mood but made myself go! Did 20 min eliptical on level 12, upper body workout, and walked complete campground (which is 2 miles) as a cool down.

Just bananas, I met Joe 35 years ago at the gym. He lifted and played a lot of racquetball! He said he did his " time" at the gym and prefers now in retirement to stay busy with his boy toys. He has 2 classic cars that he works on, all his outdoor toys, and he likes working in our yard. I'm cool with that! 💜💜💜💜
