You are beautiful and do not look 65!! Maybe 49! Glad you are feeling better but I hear you on the recovery. I have had two workouts now that are greatly reduced but cannot believe how sore I am and what it took to knock them out. You are my inspiration to keep at it no matter what hits us. BTW your meal looks awesome and happy birthday!

I'm a bit depressed lately...I think it's the holidays without my husband's family, ( they have either passed or moved away .) my being sick, being 65, etc .I was thinking of you yesterday while working out cuz I was having difficulty breathing towards the end. It definitely a slow healing thing..just trying to balance everything..I hope you continue to grow stronger! 💜💪🙏

Golfmarina, thank you...you surely exaggerate but I'll take it! I'd take looking 59 instead of 65 and this stage of life..lol🙏💜I understand how you feel about your parents being so far away. I know that must be difficult! Since I grew up with my aunt's and cousins, it's also difficult being without them ..and Christmas in Germany is like no other! 🎄🎄Keep posting your German foods, ( and others) It makes my heart warm!!💜💜
