doing okie dokie today. I stayed on my woe but again it is a battle each day, with temptation and the IT box (what I call my scale) not moving the number down! But HEY, I feel good, I'm not bloated I don't have the big heartburn issues at night like before and I'll take it, but I do want the number to go DOWN "IT" Box, pay attention to me when I yell at you! Maybe I should talk nicer to "IT" lol.
I am excited for 2 new projects I have taken on, a Citizen Academy 9 weeks at my home City and also The Mayors Fitness Challenge that started for 10 weeks, I'm sure that will help me stay on my woe/wol. Plus I was very good in saying 'no' (politely) to a 5 day /week x 2 temp job that is further away and I don't want a 5 day job right now. So I said "YES" to me by saying "NO" to it :-) Something that has been difficult for me in the past. My BFF is coming into town today for 5 wks and she always wants to go out to eat and keeps snacks around, that has been difficult for me to resist in the past & she use to be 'pushy' about getting me to eat and I would give in, but lately she respects my need to cut down & eat right BUT she still keeps those food around and wants to go out. I just need to make good choices when / if we go out and LEAVE the No-NO food (at least no no for me) alone. It is HER food and not mine so thats how I'll deal with that. Well I have to get ready to go to my temp job, which is an ok one and only 3 days a week & not every week. So that is another YES for me :-)
