had my 2 days off woe (normally set at 12 days on 2 off) that rolled into 3 today, but thats ok, I'll watch what I eat.....as I eat it lol. Nah, just kidding I WILL behave today, have a breakfast to go to but they serve healthy alternatives to the regular pastries. My first day off was good, 2nd was good until afternoon evening, but again thats ok. I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I didn't go tooooo much overboard, just enough to know not to do it today. Tomorrow I will return to day 1 of the next batch of 12 on my woe.
