I can never understand how your weight goes down during the day. Once I get up and weigh myself the weight only goes up as I drink coffee and eat. The lowest weight for me is always first thing in the morning.

It’s rare but occurs when I’ve gained a lot of water and then begin to lose it. I usually do OMAD so sometimes my pre-dinner weigh is lower.
