My legs and glutes did NOT want to do the hill on our path 5 times today. So after one, I gave up and said "Fine, no hill. We'll walk to the mailboxes." Body was thrilled with that idea.

HAHA SUCKER! The mailboxes are round trip 1.5km. By halfway back, my legs were screaming profanities that sailors would blush over. Oh you tricked us. YOU B****!

The path is getting tiresome and I was losing my motivation, especially having to talk myself up the hill. So a change in plans, a change of scenery and a change of muscles needed should do the trick.
