I've lost 49 pounds this year going zero-carb-ish. Only eating meat, cheese, eggs, fish, and some tomato and onions. At times and adding a little mayo. I do use spices if I want and generously supplement with lite salt which contains potassium and regular salt. I feel like #*$&* if I don't start my day with a shot of salt/potassium electrolyte water and a glass of water. I know I am getting dehydrated if I suddenly lose 3 pounds and then gain one the next day :-) I blew it for about a week after my bday but I kept telling myself. DON'T DO IT. YOU'VE WORKED SO HARD. So, I detoxed for a few days on zero carb and the noise went away. whoohoo. We can do it! I've got about 55 more to go uhhh. being short sux. It's time to start lifting weights seriously. I found a great website with good lifting routines. It's called Muscle and Strength. it has specific routines to do what you want. get lean, build like a superstar etc

I downloaded a strength training app called fitbod yesterday. Although I will be using it for the first time later today, just looking through it, it seems to be a really great app.
