A minimal decrease today. Luckily my bee sting didn't prevent me from walking this morning. Not feeling very energetic, probably due to all the antihistamines in my body! Need to keep plugging along. Better be in my best behavior tonight....eating out at Longhorn....at least I won't be tempted with chips!!
