Wow, 2 posts in 1 day :-) Well, I'm just so happy I stayed with my woe last night & today! I did stop at the grocery store to pickup some fresh fish for my dinner and I resisted all the aisles that held the "no-no" foods and even picked up some small containers of yogurt & cottage cheese (thats on my woe), so I can bring an easy choice tomorrow, friday & saturday to places that will have 'no-no' foods on the menu. Tomorrow there is always someone that brings fresh home made donuts, so I won't even LOOK in the box. Also at that place there is a file cabinet full of other packaged (chips, cookies, crackers, 'protein' bars, etc) snacks, that I have to stay away from. Then Friday I will be working a long shift and will bring my cooler with MY foods, since there also they have loads of 'those type of quick snacks'. Then Saturday is all day class and they are supplying lunch, but I'm not sure what it is, so I will bring my 'safe' food, just in case. Others have brought healthy stuff on their own to class (apples, good bars, etc) so I figure it would be ok. So I have a PLAN! and I am building each day on the last toward the next :-)
