Hi , i researched paleo eating , basically cut out alcohol, sugar and processed carbs. Ate clean and regular exercise. Think the last couple of years have been hard on us all with lockdowns and continuess bombarded negative news ( also don't watch normal TV now for mental health) . I've slipped a bit as u can see . I absolutely know what my body needs to stay fit n healthy but putting it in to practice is hard but once it clicks it works . I am determined to be positive and keep chipping away , even if its at a snails pace lol 😂 We are surrounded by foods that are bad for us and temptation gets the better of us all at times , busy lives and quick snacks . I know what to do I just need a kick up the arse now n again😉 xx

Well I think uv done amazing, I'm going to look into paleo n fasting that's been mentioned in posts, I walk around 15000 steps a day through not driving and working in a canteen, with been the Cook don't always want something to eat get sick of seeing it lol, just night times got to stop picking at crap, u are inspiring so keep going xx

You are not too far from 2020. Just a bit of fine tuning required. Yeah, its tough out there just now but we must stay positive and find our ways if coping that aren't self destructive. 💚💚💚

Thank u all , took a lot of hard work and determination to get from pic 1 to 2 but after I was told by the Dr I was borderline diabetic I knew then I needed to change . Not just for me but my family x
