Hi everyone still waiting to see someone in regards to the paper work been up to my head woke up early prepped dinner friekka and meat which is healthier than rice grain cooked a lot like risotto with bone broth & meat …. Will finish it off later … weighed this morning slow & steady not eating much need to eat more protein will try fasting has helped curb hunger …just eat a few bites am fully yesterday was about 3 table spoons of rice & chicken one wing then alpro healthy gut 85 cal and one cheese filled pastry had half that’s it am not complaining but I need energy … feel weak sending u all much love ❤️

I am trying M had cheese and crackers now Will have Quinoa and meat later on in two hours or so and will try to have chicken cheese if can manage it xxx
