🤭 70 carbs today. wooooo.. I planned it sort of. My dog has been sick, and i haven't gotten sleep in a week. My carbs came from whole milk and ...... drum roll.... sugar-free pudding mix and an atkins low carb pizza. carbs add up so easily. Not so bad considering. At least it wasn't girl scout cookies or donuts!!! It's so much easier to just not eat carbs. 🤯 Tomorrow I'll fast. Tigger got some meds, so he should sleep better tonight. He has chronic pancreatitis. Hope you all had a nice day!

Liv001 😁 I've only gotten this many carbs 2x in the last 13 months. I'm glad I get right back into ketosis easily. Thanks, I'm going to sleep well. Tigger is already calming down.

Ohh good thing. That's not net carbs. So it's less. Not a lot but hey, I'll take it. Lol. Planned semi cheat. No big deal. I was hitting a 2 week stall, so maybe this will jump start my loss again.

Hope pup starts feeling better soon. But love 💕 the pic that lil tongue 👅, 🥰. Is it stress or meds keeping you up? My medicine messes with my sleep but I don't want to take even more meds to deal with this side effect. ><

Leah it's the dog keeping me up. When he doesn't feel good he paces or sits on my head or sits up and moves around = I can't sleep. Poor guy. He's sleeping now so i better go to bed lol

I can understand that I'm a very light sleeper and sometimes Ryan will wait until I'm completely asleep before he'll come to bed. Or he'll wait until I leave for work before he'll go up to the bed that way he won't disturb me. Which I think is quite sweet I never asked him to do this and I don't really want him to do it but he's doing it to be nice. Particularly now that I'm on all this medication I seem to be very funny when I'm sleeping it makes it where it's hard for me to go back to sleep if I wake up and I wake up a little easier than I used to.
