Yum! On a note unrelated to food—you have lost A LOT!!! At the amount that you have lost, it’s stamina and not just discipline, marathon-level stamina lol. Even 1 pound can be stamina instead of discipline—I am noticing that once you are in your late 20s, discipline instead of stamina no longer works for even a pound. I cannot imagine doing that almost 100 times. I’ve always been smaller, even at my worst with food, but I am preventing future obesity by learning from those who have lost a lot!!!
