Woke at 212.6, down 2.0 from yesterday. Driving to an out of town business meeting tonight so will weigh in again just before I go. Last day of the month and I have 1634 calories to spend today. Next month I will continue the 'Warrior Diet' method of fasting until dinner every day with a daily 1640 calorie goal. This seemed to work great for the second half of November (except for Thanksgiving) and I want to give it more time to provide results.
