Well, after three weeks in another city and some travelling, I've gone from 59.2kg to 60.9kg. We didn't eat badly, but I didn't drink much water because of travelling and not knowing when I'd be near a toilet. I did eat more food than I do at home, but more importantly, the bigger problem was the lack of choices when out and about, but gee, it annoys me that I can put on half a kilo each week without really going overboard or making stupid choices.
I'm back on the wagon now and I need to lose 1.5kg before I even get back to where I started. Sometimes I just think I should turn into the apple shape that my body clearly wants me to be...
